Terms of Service
- Payment will only be accepted through Paypal invoice and will include this ToS. By paying, the client agrees to the terms stated.- All commissions are personal, non-commercial/non-profit only.- I reserve the right to accept or reject requests.- Refunds will vary depending on the commission stage if invoice is already paid:
- 75% if sketch is already completed
- 50% if lineart and flat color is already completed- 50% of the total cost is required before any work is done. If payment is not received within one week, I will dismiss the commission with no further obligation to the client.- Final commission will be sent after full payment. If the remaining 50% is not sent within one week I will NOT send the completed image, keep the 50% of the payment and reserve the full and exclusive rights to it.- There will be two major stages of sketch and lineart + flat colours where ONLY minor adjustments can be made at each stage. (ex: colour adjustments)- If the client wishes to cancel the commission after the 50% deposit has been sent and work has begun, I will keep both the art and the 50% deposit as a kill fee, regardless of the progress. Any further obligation towards the client will be nullified.- While the completed commission becomes the property of the client, I still maintain authorship credit, meaning the client cannot claim the work as their own, cannot alter the work without my permission, and I reserve the right to post this piece on my portfolio and social media at my discretion.- Under absolutely no circumstances do I consent to any finished commission or progress pictures being used as NFTs or for A.I. purposes.- Commissions usually take 1-2 weeks. I will send any updates should delays happen.- I will work on a maximum amount of commissions depending on how many slots are open. Any commissions after the slots are filled will go into a waitlist, where the client won’t have to start paying until both work is going to begin and they have verified that they want to continue the commission.
